Simple plug-and-play protection for all your gear.
The Installation of a Jack Guard product is as easy as inserting an instrument cable. Simply insert a Jack Guard into any 1/4-inch input/output jack and don't remove it until you plug in to play. The same goes for your equipment. Insert one or more Jack Guards into your equipment and only remove the ones necessary to play, leaving the rest in place to keep your instruments and equipment sealed and protected at all times.
For over 2-1/2 years, the Jack Guard products were scientifically designed, formulated, molded, and then subjected to strenuous simulation tests in hyperbaric chambers, simulating 2 years in a 97% humidity atmosphere. Far more direct moisture than any gear should ever encounter daily.
Following its scientific development and testing, the Jack Guards were rigorously tested in different high-humidity environments, with multiple instrument types, and different types of consumer electronics. The Jack Guards are also very strong and will resist breaking far more than any normal instrument cable. Jack Guards crushed it in every test situation.
If you wanted to protect a soundboard, you would fill the majority of each channel's open 1/2 inch jacks using the JG25Jack Guard, to seal the jacks and begin repelling moisture. Then use one JG100 Jack Guard sparingly in every other channel, installing one JG100 in the top input jack and then skip a channel and install one JG100 in a bottom input jack. For ultimate moisture control, you would repeat this install pattern until all open channel inputs are sealed. Once you have installed Jack Guards in all of your input/output jacks, you would only remove the Jack Guards that are in the input jacks that you will use for your performance. The rest of the Jack Guards would simply stay in place. This means your equipment is now actually sealed off from outside contaminants, at all times.
Jack Guards are offered in various pack sizes and come in black or white color choices. All Jack Guards come in an air-tight, re-sealable bag for storage. Just plug the Jack Guards into your guitars before closing the case, or your equipment before putting it away, and let the Jack Guards do their magic until your next jam session. It's truly that simple!
