CDC LLC (“we” and “us”) operates www.myjackguard.com and offers newly designed plugs called  Jack Guards, primarily for guitars and other band-type electronics and gear. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to adhere to the following return and refund policy:

Returns

  • Return Period: You may return unused and unopened Jack Guards within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exemptions: Sale items or items damaged through misuse are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping

Import Duties & Taxes

  • International Shipments: Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay these charges, the goods may be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
