Shipping Policy

CDC LLC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.myjackguard.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website for our newly designed plugs called  Jack Guards, suitable for guitars and other band type electronics and gear, you will agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General

Subject to stock availability: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill available products and contact you to decide whether to wait for restocking or process a refund.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time Domestically: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.
  • Transit Time Internationally: International orders are typically in transit for 4 – 22 days, varying based on the selected courier.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.
  • Change of Delivery Address: Requests to change the delivery address can be made at any time before order dispatch.
  • O. Box Shipping: CDC LLC will only ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services.
  • Military Address Shipping: We can ship to military addresses using USPS.
  • Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
  • Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for investigation.
  • Tracking Notifications: Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow shipment progress.
  • Parcels Damaged In Transit: Reject damaged parcels from the courier and contact our customer service.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, cancellations are accepted before dispatch. For dispatched orders, refer to our refund & return policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.

Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement after the courier’s investigation into the claim.

Process for Parcel Lost in Transit

A refund or replacement will be processed after the courier deems the parcel lost.

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. If refused, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
